SUPERVISOR: Director of Scholarship Operations & Student Programming
SALARY RANGE: $55,625 – $71,158 per year
Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Director of Scholarship Operations & Student Programming, is responsible for ensuring scholarship program delivery and achieving outcome goals in conjunction with the vision, mission, and strategic direction of Native Forward. Provides student support and serves as a liaison between educational institutions and recipients. Represents Native Forward and strengthens relationships between Native Forward and the educational, Native American, and wider community.

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Student Programming and Research
SUPERVISOR: Associate Director of Student Programming
SALARY RANGE: $58,396 – $72,435 per year
Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Associate Director of Student Programming, the primary responsibility of the Student Programming Manager is to design and implement innovative programs that support the academic success of Native Forward scholars, deepen relationships with institutions serving a critical mass of Native Forward Scholars, and manage student program initiatives.

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Scholarships
SUPERVISOR: Director of Scholarship Operations & Student Programming
SALARY RANGE: $18 – $22 per hour
Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Director of Scholarship Operations & Student Programming, assists the Scholarship Operations team in ensuring scholarship delivery and achieving outcome goals in conjunction with the vision, mission, and strategic vision of Native Forward.
