Lynne Ruth Lafin Elmore Sucher Scholarship 2024-2025

This opportunity is provided to honor the life and legacy of Lynn Ruth Lafin Elmore Sucher.

The purpose of the Lynn Ruth Lafin Elmore Scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to eligible American Indian and Alaska Native graduate students attending full-time at an accredited institution pursuing mathematics, Medicine, or life sciences are eligible to apply.

This opportunity is a need-based award.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must meet the following requirements to be considered for this scholarship:

  • Be an enrolled member or a descendant of a federally or state-recognized American Indian Tribe of New Mexico.
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university pursuing a graduate or professional degree.
  • Be pursuing a degree in mathematics, Medicine, or life sciences.
  • Be in good academic standing as defined by their institution.
